These appointment are strictly reserved for our existing clients who have purchased boots at Boot Mechanics only, and are within 1-year of the purchase date. Appointments made without meeting these criteria will be politely asked to reschedule. A previous "Ski Boot Adjustments | Existing Ski Boot," or "Custom Ski Boot Footbed" appointment does not qualify for further free work (with the exception of tweaks on footbeds we have made.) We love new clients though, and if you are a new client please book using our "New Ski Boot Fitting", "Custom Ski Boot Footbed", or "Ski Boot Adjustments | Existing Ski Boot" appointments. We appreciate your understanding

Cancellation Policy
