Service Description
These appointment are strictly reserved for our existing clients who have purchased boots at Boot Mechanics only, and are within 1-year of the purchase date. Appointments made without meeting these criteria will be politely asked to reschedule. A previous "Boot Work on Existing Boots," or "Custom Footbed" appointment does not qualify for further free work (with the exception of tweaks on footbeds we have made.) We love new clients though, and if you are a new client please book using our "New Boot Fit", "Custom Footbed", or "Boot Work on Existing Boots" appointments. We appreciate your understanding
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at 720-827-2464 ahead of your appointment if you need to make a cancellation. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
